Semmes Students Receive Awards from Mr. Megginson

Student Coounciol Officers and People toPeople Representative

School Board President Ken Megginson visited Semmes Middle to present his signature "Happy Day Awards" to outstanding SMS students.

Receiving the certificates were Student Council officers, Samantha Clements, President, Victoria Palileo, Vice President, Rachel Parker, Secretary, and Alli Godbee, Treasurer, and Savannah Parker, People to People Representative from SMS.

Savannah will be visiting France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and The Netherlands this summer to interact with students from those countries and share ideas from the U.S about our educational system.

Congratulations to these outstanding students and thanks to Mr. Megginson for his continued support and interest in our students.
